Q: Which shipping carrier is used?
A: Primarily, UPS Ground is the shipping method used. Though, some international shipments are sent via USPS Prioity Mail.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes. We do charge a higher shipping and handling fee for overseas shipment for obvious reasons. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any customs or excise taxes when you receive the product. Q: How long does it take to receive ShenTrition?
A: After placing an order, typically it takes a 1-2 days to process the payment, then 1-2 days to clear the shipping center. When orders are shipped priority mail, the transit time is 2-3 days, whereas UPS may take 4-7 business days to deliver an order.
Q: What does it mean if I have to "process order offline?"
A: Sometimes when placing an order, the card processor gets picky. If an address is not entered precisely as on the statements or the card numbers are spaced incorrectly, the credit card gateway will deny the order. Clearly, though people are still smarter than computers, so in these cases, hitting the "process offline" button sends the order to be reviewed by human eyes who can override the process. A: No, we've researched the carriers that irradiate the packages they process. Both UPS and USPS do not irradiate packages when dropped at a branch. We take the precautions to ensure your product is kept safe.
